Return & Refund Policy
Because nearly all of our products are made to order and many are personalized, we take great care to ensure every item is crafted beautifully and exactly as requested.
Personalized Items
For personalized products, we do everything in our power to make sure you love your order. Because these items are custom-made just for you, refunds are not offered. If there is an issue with your personalized item, please reach out at hello@xogoodmeasure, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Non-Personalized Items
If your order is not personalized and is in new, unused condition, you may return it for store credit. Simply email us at hello@xogoodmeasure.com, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. Store credit will equal the total of your original purchase minus the cost of the return shipping label.

- All returns must be authorized by us before sending.
- Store credit can be used toward any future purchase with Good Measure.
