Shipping Norms
99% of Good Measure product is made to order, and we take care in crafting each item just for you. Most orders are processed and packaged within 2–4 business days, but more detailed processing time is included on each product listing. If you need something sooner, please email us at hello@xogoodmeasure and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
International Shipping
International shipping is available and rates will be calculated and added at checkout. Please note that Good Measure is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, email us at hello@xogoodmeasure so we can file a claim. USPS mail must be in transit for at least 15 days before a claim can be filed. Once the investigation is complete, if your package cannot be located, we will either reship your items or refund your order if items are unavailable.
Please Note:
- We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot issue a refund. You will need to contact the carrier directly regarding missing packages.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS and cannot refund shipping charges if their guaranteed delivery times are not met.
